As you may have noticed, I’ve started sending articles to you all that have something to say about what we’re trying to achieve in our culture. It’s not mandatory that you read them, and I’m not sending them out as “law” (i.e., I don’t always believe everything they say applies to us specifically but I do find something useful or illuminating in them). My intention is to share resources and perspectives that might be helpful to you and/or your teams and to your/their development.
Please feel free to send me any feedback on these articles, whether it’s a question, a discussion topic that it brought up for you, a “whatever Lemon, this is bull@#!%,” a “how does this apply exactly?,” or a “holy moly that totally just made utter, complete sense and I’m a different person because of it, thank you.” I’ll send articles to you on a regular basis, and will add them to my People and Culture blog so you can reference them there. If you find that it’s cluttering your inbox and you want me to stop sending them you’re way, let me know. This should be useful, not stressful.
If you don’t see me to give me feedback or instruction, I’m always reachable via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you all for your time! -Becky
